At Meilleure Decor, we appreciate that once you've found a product you love, you want it fast. For this reason we offer Express delivery for most of our products. Our deliveries are made within 1-3 business days via DHL.
A small number of our products are only available for standard delivery, these will be shipped out via DPD and may take up to 5-7 business days for delivery.
Once your order has been despatched, full tracking information will be provided.
Shipping is £7.95 or free for orders over £150
Orders are shipped Monday - Friday excluding Bank Holidays.
Returns
We really hope you love your order, but if you need to return something, we offer a 30 day returns policy.
Simply contact us at hello@meilleuredecor.co.uk with your order number or your name, and we will then confirm the return address for the goods.
Please note:
- Returns are made at your own cost.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the packaging they arrived in.
- Providing the goods are returned unused and in their original condition and packaging, a refund will be issued for the goods only (any shipping charge will not be refunded).
- We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that are damaged or not in a resaleable condition.
- Refunds are processed within 2-3 working days and will only be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Once processed, the refund should be issued within 7-10 working days.
