Refund policy
Returns
We really hope you love your order, but if you need to return something, we offer a 30 day returns policy.
Simply contact us at hello@meilleuredecor.co.uk with your order number or your name, and we will then confirm the return address for the goods.
Please note:

Returns are made at your own cost.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the packaging they arrived in.

Providing the goods are returned unused and in their original condition and packaging, a refund will be issued for the goods only (any shipping charge will not be refunded).

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that are damaged or not in a resaleable condition.

Refunds are processed within 2-3 working days and will only be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Once processed, the refund should be issued within 7-10 working days.
Damages
We do our best to ensure your order gets to you safely, but if your order does arrived damaged we will do our utmost to rectify the situation.
Please note:

Damages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the goods.

Photographs of the damage must be provided, please send to hello@meilleuredecor.co.uk along with your order number.

Once photographs of the damaged item are received, if stock is available we can either replace or refund the goods.

We reserve the right to request the goods back, if this is the case we will arrange the collection at our own cost, and will provide DHL collection labels via email (these will need to be printed).
