Can I add to/amend my order?
Providing you have not received a despatch email, you are able to add to/amend your order. Please contact us at hello@meilleuredecor.co.uk and let us know what changes are required, we will do our best to accommodate your requirements.
How do I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been despatched from our warehouse - if you have received a despatch notification, your goods have been collected by the courier and it is no longer possible to cancel. If you have not yet received a despatch notification, please email us at hello@meilleuredecor.co.uk and confirm your order number and that you'd like to cancel the order.
What happens if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?
At Meilleure Decor we pride ourselves on our customer service and quality, and this includes our packaging. If on the rare occasion your order should arrive damaged, please contact us immediately and include a photo of the damaged item, we will then arrange for a replacement to be sent out.
If your order arrives incomplete, please let us know what is missing from the delivery and we will investigate this for you.
